The term “eliciting greatness” comes from one of the 15 Coaching Proficiencies Des studied and learned to apply, firstly in an intensive workshop series with the late Thomas Leonard and then in more detail with Coachville and the Coachville Graduate School of Coaching. In 2007 he wrote about this proficiency of eliciting greatness.

Des Walsh’s home base is Australia’s beautiful Gold Coast (Map) where he typically starts his day at the beach with a walk and a swim in the surf. With online conferencing available at the click of a mouse and the Gold Coast international airport only ten minutes away, distance from clients is not a problem.
